I’m 13 and going into grade 8… This is the makeup and skin care stuff I thought seemed like a good idea to wear and I’m wondering if it would look really good and natural…
(by the way I have oily skin everywhere but on my chin, which is fairly dry. And I get whiteheads mostly on my nose.)

(Maybe)A natural shade of Covergirl eyeshadow (what do you recommend? I have golden brown hair, blue gray eyes, and Ivory skin…)

Laura Mercier Translucent Powder
Plain Nivea Lip Balm with clear gloss over top
How long will all this take and what steps could I afford to lose? (I want to keep the first 5 for sure)

You are going to wash your face RAW !! You are using WAY TOO MUCH PRODUCT !! Being that your face is oily you have a risk of overstripping you face and causing MORE oil to produce which equals in PIMPLES.
ONLY use the seaweed deep cleansing facial wash + a moisturizer. The Nutriganics Smoothing Day Cream is a great product is you are 25 !! You are wasting away $22.00 dollars on a product you will not get any benefit from other than to moisturize your skin. You will get more for your buck buying cetaphil moisturizer lotion for $ 8.00 and use the rest to buy a nice lipgloss.
The eye reviver duo will do NOTHING for you but waste your time. Wait 10 years before you need such products.
I am a HUGE believer in prevention but this is ridiculous. At your age your number 1 prevention product is SUNSCREEN !
As far as the makeup is concerned stick to something simple, pressed powder, brown mascara and concealer if needed.. top that off with a nice gloss and you are done.
Save your money and spend it on stuff you actually need.. like some cute clothes !

yeah but i wouldn’t wear that much that’s a little too much i started using makeup at 12 i did have some mishaps with the lipstick though since i like the kind that rub off when you kiss so it smudged a little one day i didn’t even notice~! xD
but i wouldn’t wear that much also what i think is most important is if its cruelty free see maybeline is not cruelty free so i don’t use that and same with covergirl..

Hey(: I am going into 8th grade too, and I probably use more! Haha it’s really all up to you, whatever you like to use and whatever makes you feel better. That’s so weird, I have blue eyes and golden brown hair too! To really make your eyes stand out, use a brown or blue eyeshadow, as the brown will contrast the color, and blue will make your eyes pop. Makeup wise you seem fine. Just don’t wear foundation.. It fxcks up your skin and when you stop wearing it, it seems dull and bleh. :]

it may seem like alot but who cares i like it. i dont wear it because im uncomfortable with myself or because im ugly, i do it becauses it FUN. some girls will hate, but why should i care (i tend to not take things to personally) do what you want if one day you feel lazy cut something out if your not in a hurry wear all of it! (personally i love makeup so much i ALWAYS make time for it, its just so fun to transform urself, i never look the same)
as for your eyeshadow i would recommend covergirl golden sunrise its a dark goldie color, since it gold it has a bit of a oarngie base it will make your blue eyes POP (blue is opposite oarnge on the color wheel so it will bring the color out more) it will also nicely contrast against your light skin making your eyes more defined and the shimmer will catch the light and make your eyes shimmer, the gold will also work with your hair and tie your face together.
but i would switch out the white eyeliner in the inner corner and instead line the outer half of your eye with a medium brown. if you highlight your eyes without defining they tend to disappear and blend in with the rest of your face.
