Vitamin C for acne is great, vitamin c strengthens and builds immunity as well as heals scars and wounds. It also softens, exfoliates, moisturizes and cleanses the skin. These are all good because it basically revitalizes the life of your skin and brings it back to healthy life again. Vitamin c is also the only vitamin that has been found to stimulate collagen production. Collagen is the protein which builds the skin and keeps it strong and elastic. I highly recommend you get vitamin c in your diet through lemons, limes, grapefruit, oranges, kiwi and mango. I also recommend the berry “camu camu” which is a berry from south america which you can get in a supplement form here:
